There are prerequisites now ... before they said just 5 points in any tier to advance to the next. A few skills sound lame and are prerequisites.
(2) There are 35 skills down from 60.
(3) Frenzy is a passive
(4) Some skills are % chance to use, while one skill is apparently % chance to use while another skill is triggered, which is also % chance to use. One last 12 seconds while the other lasts 4 seconds. .. Confusing?

OMG I thought we were done with immunities.
I dont like where this is going. The insane skill variety and customisation + no prereqs idea seems gone, so its up to skill runes and character attributes to make a huge difference now. Immunities, I personally say NO!|||I like the skills they have proposed so far (not sure about the immunity thing) but i see a problem elsewhere. Being able to invest points in any tree without a required amount in that specific tree does not make sense to me. This would apply to all classes of course (assuming i understand the mechanics properly).
I picture this ruining variation in the long run. If any barb can put skills into any tree and still get the high tier skills in other, won't players end up getting the strongest skills from every tree. If players were required a certain amount of skill points per tree for each tier then players would need to sacrifice skills for certain builds.|||There was prerequisites in D2 so having them here is not a big deal.
2) you have to remember this build was for blizzcon it might be the full list of skills.
3) I would be more worried that Half of the Berserker skill tree is very lack luster. No attacks? only activated buffs and debuffs for the first 3 tiers? LAME!

Even though I am not happy with half of the skills the Barb has, I am not going to go crazy. We still have 2 freakin years before this game comes out. So much of the game will change in that time.
I agree with you Cain. I really feel they should put in a system of, you need 10 points per tier to get the next tier. Skills bought in the tree count as 2 points, skills bought in another tree only count as 1 point. Eg. If I send 5 points in the Berserker tree that would count as 10 points in that tree but only 5 in Battlemaster. This way you will not be able to just buy the most powerful skills in each tree. This way would also lend more to each build being different. Players will stay mostly in one tree but still be able to take a few skills in other trees.
