Barbarian skills

I think that his/her skill tree seems to be made so that you only have to put vry few points into the active skills and many into passives, which will incrrease the damage you do no matter which active you use.

I think this is a great idea, in my opinion we shouldnt be able to put more than 1 point into his actives and make it necessary to invest points into certain actives to reach other, higher actives.

Dont get me wrong, its not that im against the new way to progress throughout the skills, but this way we wouldnt see specialised baba builds which could get to be quite boring to use (just whirlwind up and down). This way as all the actives would be maxed out by certain passives you could use more skills in combat, more combinations and moves, yet not having to lose power in the process.

Discuss please!|||well now u wont just be able to nonstop ww. due to the fury factor.

but i agree. i like how there are passives skills that will actually help ur character... (increase stamina? really? lol *fail) should be really cool combining and seeing peoples different outcomes.

oh and having multi hit skills is a great plus too, cause only being able to hit one really slowed down the slaughter in d2. =\ cept when uve got ww|||You have to take into account the fact that we have only seen a select few skills for the Barbarian so far, as well as any class. There are still a lot of things that remain to be seen which may open many new doors for different builds and styles of play.

I agree in that I don't want the barbarian, or any class really, to only end up with a few builds that get used to death, but I think we still have not seen enough of any of them to really determine how many options we are going to have.|||The one point thing was only for Blizzcon though. From Blizzcast 8 it seems actives have a max of 5 now. Will probably continue to changed from now until release.|||Quote:

If you're Whirlwinding, you're hitting enemies. Then if you're hitting enemies, you're gaining Fury. It remains to be seen if this could allow the Barbarian to strike just the right balance and maintain potential infinite Fury.
