Updated weapon restrictions?

[:1]I dream of having a frenzy barb using fist weapons.

Does anyone know if this is possible based on current information?

And...also could someone who is affluent in twitter make a quick post asking for up to date weapon restrictions on the barb? :x|||I dream of having a monk dual wielding frost swords.

Would love to know as well.

Also if skills have restrictions on the type of weapon you can use with it.|||From the Diablo 3 wiki:

"Barbs can't use daggers, wands, caster staves, combat staves, or ranged weapons: bows and crossbows.

[Snip]

Barbs can dual-wield all one-handed weapons, barring a few class-specifics."

Fist weapons are listed as Monk class specifics so Barbs can't use them either. That's our current information, and it is quite recent, if I remember it right.

Monks can also use most 1h melee weapons, including swords.|||I think it also might have been the "dual" aspect.|||what weapons the classes can use changes a lot. especially in terms of 1h and 2h melee weapons, swords, maces, spears, etc.

There are, however, a few weapons that have always been listed as just for one class. fists for monks, orbs for wizards, and pistol xbows for DHs. Also wands (and maybe daggers) are wiz/WD only.|||Quote:

I also assume that quivers will be DH-specific as well, but that is merely speculation. As no other class is bow-specific... it would only make sense.

Perhaps not, though.|||Not being bow-specific doesn't negate the usage of bows. Quivers belong to any class that can wield a bow. So far, only the dual xbow pistols are DH-only.|||There's hope for my bow slinging WD yet!?!|||Would be nice if while Dual Wielding you can hold a 2h weapon in 1H.
